 We are looking for a 12 month fixed term HR Advisor to support the commercial and corporate side of our business and work on a number of recruitment process and exciting projects! You will report into the HR Manager and be based at our Newmarket office. You will work on various HR projects and provide HR advice and support across the sales and commercial business units. This includes rolling out new initiatives to our team across the globe, assisting leaders to build capabilities, and being a part of building a high-performance culture. As the HR expert you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process across our commercial and corporate teams 
  • Be involved in project work across the business, and support the introduction new initiatives and ways of working, aligned to our visio
  • Partner with key leaders to understand their business and enable great results through people and capability  
  • Be a trusted advisor, interpreting HR policies and legislation, coaching, and supporting leaders on the full range of people related matters, recruitment, training, remuneration review, and employment related queries
  • Drive Internal Communication to support the business transformation to a high performing team
  • Conduct regular reporting to drive great decisions 
  • Play a key role in shaping great experiences for our people and driving excellent business performance

Skills & Experience

  Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes and skills:

  • An HR related qualification and proven experience in a similar HR function, ideally within manufacturing operations 
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment practices, talent management and organisational development
  • A high level of commercial acumen and business planning skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data driven approach to HR decision making
