Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is a whānau-focused, Iwi mandated, kaupapa Māori health and social services organisation. The Role

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy HR Advisory team.
Our team works with all services across our large Health and Social Services organisation.
Every day is different in this fast moving, dynamic organisation.
This role is ideal opportunity for candidates who have great administration and systems skills who are keen to learn and expand their skills in the HR field.
This is a full-time role Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.

Key Duties

- Preparing IEA and variation letters

- Posting Advertising and Police Vetting applications

- Managing employee recruitment documentation

- Issuing Managers with their new kaimahi IEA and Payroll documents 

- Monthly HR reporting

- Support with Company Induction

- And any other administration support the team requires

What are we looking for

- Excellent administration and organisational skills.

- Can demonstrate high levels of confidentiality and trust 

- Process and systems driven

- Accurate, quick and efficient

- Initiative and professionalism 

- Knowledge of Te Reo and tikanga is preferred or willingness to embrace

- An understanding of the relevant HR related legislation
