About the roles
Guest Service Host - Ticketing
You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service while assisting with ticket sales, bookings, and general enquiries.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Processing ticket sales and bookings
- Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Providing information about our experiences and attractions
- Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Guest Service Host – Photography
You'll help guests capture and take home memorable moments from their Skyline experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing the joy and excitement of our guests
- Assisting guests with viewing and purchasing their photos
- Creating a fun and engaging guest experience
- Ensuring guests leave with treasured memories
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction
The perfect candidate will bring
- A warm, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using point-of-sale systems
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving approach
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, tourism, or guest services (preferred but not essential)
- Availability to work throughout the peak summer season, including Christmas and New Year
