Guest Service Host
About the role:
As a Guest Service Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - welcoming them, providing clear and accurate information about our products and experiences, and ensuring every visitor enjoys a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience. This role also includes handling cash transactions confidently, accurately, and efficiently.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused individuals who can adapt to a flexible and changing roster. This position requires availability across all 7 days of the week, with the expectation of working up to 5 days per week. Rosters will vary from week to week, and shifts will primarily fall on weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:

- Attention to detail and confidence in handling cash and point-of-sale systems
- The ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced team
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or guest service (a bonus!)
