About the role
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences to join our dynamic administration team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests via phone, email and in person, handling enquiries and reservations with efficiency, accuracy and care.
This is a fast-paced, guest-centric role that requires excellent time management and communication skills. Full weekend availability is essential, as the successful candidate will be rostered across a variety of shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends and public holidays.
Please note, this is an onsite position. The roster rotates across three different locations, and the majority of shifts will finish in the late evenings. As a business that remains operational throughout the year, reliability and flexibility are key.
