As a Toyota Graduate, you will:
- Gain cross‑divisional exposure, building a well‑rounded skill set
- Learn and apply Toyota Way competencies, grounded in respect, integrity, and continuous improvement
- Be paired with a high‑potential mentor to support your professional development
- Work on hands‑on projects that contribute to real business outcomes
- Take part in unique experiences, including site visits across the Toyota network
During the program, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our organisation through rotations across multiple teams. Designed to accelerate your transition from study to working life, the program provides opportunities to build a strong career foundation and develop future leadership capability.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between January 2024 and January 2026
- Enjoy building relationships and communicating with a wide range of people
- Are optimistic, enthusiastic, and committed to continuous improvement
- Thrive as a team player and enjoy delivering results
- Are comfortable managing information and making decisions
- Can prioritise your work and meet deadlines
- Are confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Are a New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Resident
