This isn’t about sitting behind a desk all day — this is about learning from the ground up. You’ll work hands-on in every part of the business, from the warehouse floor to our customers kitchens. You’ll gain the real skills that businesses need.
What’s involved?
✔️ Get hands-on experience in our core operations — picking, packing, delivering.
✔️ Learn the ins and outs of our warehouse systems, distribution processes, and logistics across day and night shifts.
✔️ Gain exposure to key business functions like Accounts, Procurement, Sales, Compliance, HR, and more.
✔️ Build real relationships with teams across the business.
✔️ Get ready to launch into a leadership, operations, or specialist role when you graduate from the programme (approx. 18 months, depending on progress).
