About the role

As a Gondola Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the Gondola, Guest Services and the Carpark. Your focus will be on managing the team, including recruitment, training and scheduling, to ensure exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a safety-conscious team player with flexible availability for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

The ideal candidate will bring/be:

  • 2+ years' customer service experience,
  • previous chairlift experience preferred,
  • previous experience managing people preferred,
  • Pre-hospital Emergency Care certified,
  • a “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills,
  • the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
  • attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow procedures and processes.

  •  $31 - $33 per hour with 30-50 hours per week guaranteed,
