The Role

Reporting to the General Manager Global Marketing, this position leads digital marketing across global markets for the Rockit brand. It is a fixed term role to cover parental leave until July 2027. Our head office is in Hastings but remote working from another location would also be an option. Rockit Global Limited (RGL) has multiple export markets and a significant growth trajectory over the next 5-10 years, so this position provides a great opportunity to be involved in varied and challenging projects as the company expands. Key responsibilities include:

· Create and drive the digital marketing strategy globally for Rockit 

· Drive Rockit digital marketing metrics globally including social media following, website sessions and lead generation 

· Lead global social media platforms and website including content and agency management 

· Lead a strategically significant China-led ambassador initiative for 2026-27 

· To manage the digital marketing function in New Zealand and connected globally into local market digital roles 

· Lead Ecommerce across the business including partner online marketing 

· Management of digital partners and agencies, associated budgets and reporting

Skills You Need

· Sound digital marketing experience across the range of marketing functions

· Experience in FMCG and/or primary sector exporting desirable

· A relevant tertiary qualification desirable

· Strong project management experience and organisation skills, and experience working with cross-functional global teams desirable

· Experience managing budgets and leading team members

· Advanced IT skills and experience with marketing software
