What you’ll be doing

· Removing and replacing windscreens, side and rear glass to a high standard

· Completing chip repairs (where applicable) and assessing glass damage

· Preparing vehicles correctly (trim removal/refit, protection, clean finish)

· Using approved primers/adhesives and following safe fitment and cure procedures

· Diagnosing and rectifying water leaks, wind noise, and fitment concerns

· Supporting camera/sensor calibration requirements after windscreen replacement (training provided if needed)

· Maintaining accurate job notes and delivering a great customer experience

What you’ll bring

· Proven experience in automotive glazing (preferred)

· Great attention to detail and pride in tidy, consistent workmanship

· Strong focus on health and safety and safe manual handling

· A practical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work independently

· Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

· Full NZ driver's licence

· NZ work rights (we’re not accepting offshore applications without valid NZ work rights)
