Do you have sales experience in the building industry? There is already a ‘warm’ database with a large supply of house and land packages available for listing just waiting for you to run tackle! 

About you: 

You’re a true people person who genuinely wants to play an integral part in helping our clients to build and own the home of their dreams. You’ll be able to combine your strong sales and account management skills to provide a level of service that far exceeds our clients’ expectations.

You will have: 

  • Sales experience within the building industry (kitchens/bathrooms/sheds and similar). 
  • Able to understand building/construction plans on a basic technical level.  
  • Proven experience in building excellent client relationships and a strong initiative to drive sales. 
  • Solid all-round IT skills, experience with a customer system would be ideal but we can train you. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets as set out in the Annual Business Plan. 
  • Contributing to business growth and profitability by providing an exceptional level of service. 
  • Providing input into identifying client product and service demand. 
  • Show Home Hosting. 
  • Implementing advertising and promotion initiatives. 
  • Preparing/managing concept designs. 
  • Managing/inputting into contract and construction design processes.
