Based at our headquarters in Burleigh Heads, we are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of Race One Surf Craft, one of Australia’s leading manufacturers of surf skis, rescue boards and surf lifesaving equipment.
Working closely with the Owners, you will play a key role in driving the continued growth of the business while ensuring customers receive exceptional products and service. This is a genuine leadership role where you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of the business and make a real impact.
Experience in surf lifesaving would be highly regarded but is not essential

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the business
- Driving sales growth across surf clubs, retailers, distributors and direct customers
- Building strong relationships with customers, athletes, clubs and industry stakeholders
- Managing business performance, profitability and budgets
- Leading, coaching and developing a motivated and high-performing team
- Representing Race One at industry events, carnivals and customer activities
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong commercial and financial acumen and the ability to drive sales growth and business performance
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to build great teams
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved when required
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
