As a Gardener, you will provide a hands on gardening service ensuring the grounds are presentable and tidy all year round. Ensure seasonal planting enhances the building by using colour and texture, and in doing so the gardens provide the resident's enjoyment. This is a permanent role, working 7.5 hours per week (open to discuss normal working day).

Some Duties include but not limited to:

• Regular pruning, weeding and tidying of the garden beds
• Replace plants as needed within budget parameters
• Develop new gardens with approval of management 
• Undertake all reasonable requests by the facility manager to ensure smooth operations of site
• Weekly tidy up of all parking areas 

Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrate an ability in gardening
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Current driver’s license 
• Teamwork and communication
