This is an outstanding opportunity to join the board of Auckland Airport as a Future Director.

Auckland Airport stands proudly as the gateway to Aotearoa New Zealand, welcoming travelers beginning their journeys, farewelling Kiwis to new destinations, connecting businesses and workers to new opportunities, and celebrating partners and investors who back us along the way.

It is New Zealand’s biggest and busiest airport and, with 27 airlines flying to 42 international destinations, around 75% of international travelers are welcomed here. Auckland Airport accounts for 84% of New Zealand’s air exports by value, handling 90% of the country's airfreight, and creates employment of an estimated 20,000 people.

To future-proof the airport with more capacity, better processing areas and climate change resilience, we are underway with the biggest infrastructure upgrade of the airport since it opened in 1966, across terminals, airfield and transport networks. Key to this is an integrated terminal bringing together international and domestic jet travel.

We are working for New Zealand to create positive change in the airport experience, the community, environment and for our country’s long-term prosperity.
