About the role
We’re looking for the right person to join our team at Catalyst, and we’re open to applications from all Developers. We’re happy to consider candidates from Auckland, Wellington & Christchurch. This role would suit someone with a solid base in software development and who’s ready to take on more responsibility and keep building their skills.
You’ll be involved in designing, building and supporting software that makes a difference for our clients. Our work is built on Open Source tools and Linux, so you’ll have the chance to work in that environment while learning from our developers. You’ll get involved in reviews, code testing, collaborative projects, and take on work where you can see your ideas through start to finish.
You’ll be joining a team that values working together and supporting each other, with plenty of opportunity to grow your career!
About you
You’ll bring:
- A good understanding of software development principles
- Awareness of responsible AI practices
- Experience working with AI technologies
- Some experience working with medium or larger projects
- An interest in problem solving and learning new skills
- The ability to work well with others and contribute to a team
