The Hotel offers excellent facilities with EMBERZ Restaurant and Bar, Ascot Sports Bar, spa, sauna, heated indoor swimming pool and fitness Centre with plenty of off street the Hotel ticks all the boxes.   

This permanent part time role offers 3-5 shifts a week within our successful front office team. The role reports to the Front Office Manager and will play a significant part to the success of our busy hotel.  The front office role is customer focused and offers the right person a great opportunity to  start or further their hospitality career.    

Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:

• Must be able to work shifts either early 0600-1430, mid 1100-1930 or late 1400-2230 over a 7 day roster. 
• Experience in front office or within a hotel environment is desirable.  
• The ability to deal with a range of people and have an understanding of how to achieve exceptional customer service.  
• A knowledge of reservation systems and computer skills are important. 
• Excellent communicator with time management skills and the drive to get the desired results. 
• Flexible with the ability to think on your feet and work in a busy team environment.
