About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager - Marlborough Inland Port, you will be based in our new Blenheim-based warehouses, handling a range of cargo. This is a full-time permanent position with guaranteed minimum hours of 160 over 4 weeks (equates to 40 hours per week).

About you

You are a professional, highly-experienced Forklift Operator who takes your role seriously and treats products as if they were your own. You are enthusiastic, self-motivated, and safety-conscious,d you also love being part of a high-performing team.

Ideally, you will be:

  • an experienced forklift operator with current certification
  • full container handler experience (highly desirable)
  • fully focused on safe work practices and care of cargo 
  • have a thorough understanding of inventory and stock control
  • physically fit, pro-active and able to work unsupervised, and 
  • a team player and flexible with hours of work to meet our customer requirements.
