Our forklift operators play a key role in helping Rockit to deliver the best quality product from Heretaunga to the world!
In this role you will:
· Operate our forklifts to locate bins, finished goods and packaging in a way that protects the quality of our product for our customers
· Operate in house scanning and data capture equipment for accurate tracking of inventory on site and leaving site daily
· Be flexible to provide support to other Rockit teams based on resource requirements, and
· Actively promote a positive health and safety culture.
Working for the Finished Goods team Monday - Saturday 6.00am - 4.00pm. Our season is expected to go through until November 2024.
How you Rockit
We’re keen to chat to people who:
· Enjoy forklift operations and challenging themselves to be technically great at it
· Have great attention to detail and appreciate the importance of accurate inventory recording
· Have the flexibility to work up to six days per week, and up to 65 hours per week during our post-harvest and packing season
· Are an experienced forklift operator (3 years +) with a current forklift license
· Have experience in packhouse, coolstores and/or locating into racking (preferable)
· Are legally able to work in NZ, and
· Are reliable and love to work as part of an awesome team.

You must have a full driver's license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
