About the role: 

Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into breathtaking landscapes? We are! 

Are you an experienced Foreman or Site Manager? We need a Foreman to lead our dynamic team in creating stunning outdoor environments. This is a hands-on role, you'll contribute to building decks, retaining walls, fencing, paving & stonework just to name a few. Showcasing your skills and craftsmanship on a variety of different projects, along with managing a fabulous crew. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Coordinate project timelines, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Implement landscape designs with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and ensuring their vision is realized.

About you:

• Hold a full clean Driver’s License
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Previous landscaping and/or construction experience 
• Are physically fit and have a positive can-do attitude.
• Team player, good sense of humour - add a positive vibe to our workplace.
