Food & Beverage Attendant (Bartender)
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service across Skyline’s food and beverage outlets. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and consistently upholds safety, hygiene, and liquor‑licensing requirements while maintaining a professional standard of presentation.
While the primary focus of this role is Bartending, you’ll be an integral member of our Food & Beverage team. Depending on operational requirements and your experience, you may also support service across our Restaurant and Café outlets. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy hospitality environment.
We’re seeking a candidate with Bartending experience who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and liquor compliance. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- 1 year's bartending experience,
- exceptional customer service skills,
- a positive "can-do" attitude and takes pride in their work,
- the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
- attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and processes.
