Fleet and Corporate Sales Consultant
About you
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Fleet & Corporate Sales Consultant to join our growing dealership team in Glenfield, Auckland. This role is focused on developing and managing fleet, business and corporate vehicle sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.
You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing tailored vehicle solutions to commercial and corporate clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional wanting to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with fleet and corporate clients
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and referrals
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles to business customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals and vehicle presentations
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity within dealership systems
- Work closely with internal departments to exceed customer expectations
- Consistently contribute toward dealership sales and profitability targets
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a vehicle sales environment
- Proven franchise dealership experience
- Strong motor vehicle industry knowledge and understanding of the sales process
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Ability to self-manage while contributing positively within a team environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience using in-house computer systems
- A current full driver's licence
- Currently living in New Zealand and/or holding a valid NZ work visa (if applicable)
