 What You'll Do:

• Be the go-to person for our drivers, offering support and solutions for any challenges they face on the road.
• Design and adjust delivery routes to ensure we meet customer needs efficiently while keeping drivers on schedule.
• Onboard new drivers, providing them with the training they need to succeed and keeping the entire team updated with ongoing training sessions.
• Oversee safety practices, including regular truck fleet inspections and ensuring all drivers adhere to road safety regulations.
• Facilitate clear communication and feedback between drivers and the rest of the team to ensure everyone is working cohesively towards our goals. 
• Split your time between office-based tasks and supporting your fleet team on the road.

• Uphold top Health and Safety standards, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
• Rigorously follow Food Safety guidelines to ensure compliance and quality.
• Achieve performance targets, including maintaining accurate training records, managing truck cleaning schedules, and adhering to logbook requirements.
• Be ready to step in and assist wherever needed, whether it’s on the road or in the office, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach.
