We’re looking for a passionate Qualified and Registered Early Childhood Teacher to join our preschool team on a fixed-term basis, working 30 hours per week until 19 March 2027.

About You

You’re a dedicated teacher who wants to make a genuine difference in the lives of tamariki. You bring warmth, energy, curiosity, and a commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences where every child can flourish.

You’ll bring:

• A Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching (Level 7 ECE) and current New Zealand Teacher Registration
• A strong understanding of Te Whāriki, child-led learning, and effective assessment practices
• Sound knowledge of ECE regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
• A genuine commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and incorporating its principles into your teaching practice
• Passion, enthusiasm, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes for tamariki
• A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive, connected teaching team
