About the role
The Financial Crime Intelligence Analyst supports TSB’s AML/CFT, transaction monitoring and fraud capabilities through Intelligence activities, strategic enhancements and data-driven analysis using subject matter expertise. The role helps optimise transaction monitoring strategies, rule tuning, model validation and continuous improvement to enhance financial crime controls.
Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong Intelligence, analytical and research skills, with experience interpreting complex data to identify trends, risks and emerging issues, and translating insights into practical business recommendations.
You will have strong stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational skills, enabling you to work effectively with Financial Crime, Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Data & AI, and Technology teams to enhance monitoring effectiveness and maintain alignment with regulatory expectations.
You will also demonstrate the ability to use data and intelligence to identify, monitor and report on emerging threats, control gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
