Mō te tūraka | About the role:

As our Financial Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Finance team with a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include supporting accounts payable and receivable, handling banking and reconciliations, and providing accurate administrative support. This is a varied role where attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

We welcome applications from candidates interested in either full-time or part-time hours, flexibility will be offered to the right candidate based on their preferences and availability. 

Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance team with accounts payable and receivable 
  • Banking and reconciliations – complete daily bank reconciliations, manage trust accounts, and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team
  • Support payroll processing (payroll experience is a plus but not essential - we will provide full training and ongoing support)

  • Strong financial administration skills, experience with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, essential for managing financial data and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities  you will be able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills, you'll easily build positive relationships across our teams and with our stakeholders
