Position Type: Permanent, Part Time (30–40 hours per week)

Remuneration: $110,000 – $140,000 FTE (Fixed remuneration excluding KiwiSaver) pro-rated

Lead the financial management, reporting, planning and compliance functions for Toi Ohomai, providing trusted advice and leadership that supports sound decision-making and organisational success.

Join our Finance and Infrastructure team, where you'll work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality financial stewardship and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to leaders.
  • Ensure financial compliance and risk management.
  • Drive process improvement and financial efficiency.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

You bring:

  • CA/CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
  • Senior finance leadership experience.
  • Strong budgeting and financial reporting expertise.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven people leadership and coaching capability.
