Finance Commercial Business Partner

Due to current and forecast growth and diversification plans, the intention is for interim resource to enhance the existing team, reporting to the Group CFO and partnering with the business (Christchurch and Auckland teams), to support financial and commercial analysis. There’ll also be a focus on progressing an existing software implementation project – this will provide exposure and insight business-wide. Ideally, depending on experience, the role will contribute to executive and board level reporting and partnering, enabling a more strategic and project focus for the CFO.
Skills & Experience
From a CA background providing a solid platform for your technical financial expertise, you’ll bring industry experience ideally from the construction sector, or aligned, project-accounting environments such as manufacturing, infrastructure or related. Project and change experience will be valuable in implementing software which will positively impact cashflow modelling across the business. With a thirst to learn and curious to understand specific business levers, you’re commercially astute and confident to engage across levels, highlighting opportunities and inspiring your audience through meaningful information and metric-driven recommendations.
