About the Role:
As the Finance and Insurance Administrator, you'll be a vital support to our Business Manager and sales team, ensuring smooth, efficient service for our customers' finance and insurance needs. Every day brings a new challenge in our high-energy dealership, and you'll be at the heart of it all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding administrative support to the Business Manager and team
- Assist customers with finance and insurance processes, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain effective communication with customers, team members, and external partners
- Multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with confidence
- Use a variety of computer programs and dealership systems with ease
You'll succeed in this role if you bring:
- Finance, banking, or insurance experience (preferred but not essential)
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, especially under pressure
- Clear and friendly communication via phone, email, and in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems
- Availability for an 11-day fortnight with one Saturday (9 am-3 pm) shift every two weeks.
