As a Field Quality Rep, you’ll be at the heart of our orchard operations, driving our quality standards and supporting teams to deliver fruit that meets our customers’ exacting specifications.
We are looking for Field Quality Reps to support our harvest season between February - April 2026.
What You’ll Do
- Champion Quality: Drive a quality-first culture within the orchard, ensuring compliance with market and company standards.
- Support Teams: Work alongside orchard teams to meet and exceed quality specifications.
- Quality Control: Complete orchard quality functions on independent orchards as directed, including pre-harvest, harvest, and post-harvest inspections.
- Documentation: Ensure all reports and records are completed accurately and on time.
- Communication: Clearly communicate Rockit’s quality standards and inspection results to orchard teams.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Supervisors and Field QC to ensure harvest requirements are met.
- Risk Management: Monitor and report potential quality or compliance risks to the NZ Field and Maturity Lead.
- Packhouse Support: Assist in the packhouse as required.

- Knowledge of quality regulations and standards
- A passion for teaching and sharing your quality knowledge with others
- Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships
- Experience in orchard quality and compliance programs
- Confident IT literacy in Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of ABC compliance program
