Farm Assistant - Progressive 750 Cow Farm
An opportunity has become available to join a well-established 750-cow dairy operation in Taupiri, just 20 minutes north of Hamilton. This role is being re-advertised due to a change in circumstances for the previously appointed candidate, creating another chance for the right person to join the team.

The farm covers 234 hectares of flat, productive land and uses modern technology and systems, including Protrack and Halter, to support efficient and progressive farming practices.
You will be working alongside an experienced Farm Manager, two full-time team members, and supportive hands-on owners, contributing to the day-to-day running of the farm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily milking
- Supporting animal health checks and herd care
- Monitoring pasture and feeding tasks
- General farm maintenance and upkeep
- Following farm compliance and safety procedures
- Helping maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient workplace
Accommodation is provided in a comfortable three-bedroom brick home with a double garage, offering rural living while still being close to Hamilton and within easy reach of Auckland, the Coromandel, and the Bay of Plenty.
