Holland Beckett is a progressive and growing full-service law firm, situated in the sunny Bay of Plenty with offices in Tauranga, Rotorua and Whakatāne. With over 130 employees, it is one of the largest provincial practices in New Zealand.
We are seeking talented and driven lawyers with 2-3 years’ experience to join our leading family team in Tauranga and Rotorua.
Our current roles that are available:
- 2-3 years’ PQE lawyer for our Tauranga Office
- 2-3 years’ PQE lawyer for our Rotorua Office
We would love to hear from experienced solicitors with a genuine interest in family law and a desire to build a successful career as part of our wider litigation team. You will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, written and technical skills and a desire to add real value to every client interaction.

What we are looking for:
- 2 to 3 years family law experience
- Strong academic achievements;
- A great work ethic;
- An ability to analyse and advise on complex legal issues but find practical and cost-effective solutions;
- Excellent communication, written and technical skills; and
- Sound people skills, both with clients and colleagues.
