F&B Attendant - Reception
About the role:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant working in Reception at Stratsofare Restaurant, you’ll be the welcoming face, creating a positive first impressions through friendly, professional and attentive service. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing arrivals, bookings and enquiries with confidence and care.
While the primary focus of this role is Reception, you’ll be an integral member of our Food & Beverage team. Depending on operational requirements and your experience, you may also support service across our Restaurant, Bar and Café outlets. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a high-energy hospitality environment.
We’re seeking a candidate with Food & Beverage Reception experience who is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene and liquor compliance. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work rostered shifts, weekends and school/public holidays.
The perfect candidate will bring:
- previous reception, hospitality, or customer service experience (bar/barista experience an advantage)
- exceptional customer service skills,
- a positive "can-do" attitude and takes pride in their work,
- the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative,
- attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures and processes.
