Albany Toyota is seeking two confident, capable, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our Award-winning dealership. Due to two team members moving out of Auckland, we have opportunities in both our high-performing New Vehicle and Used Vehicle sales departments. These roles are ideal for experienced automotive sales professionals who bring strong industry knowledge, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a professional solutions-focused approach to customer service. You'll be joining a dealership where experience is genuinely valued, initiative is encouraged, and success is recognised. Supported by a team of highly trained sales professionals, you'll be set up for a smooth transition and long-term success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise dealership (minimum 5+ years' experience required).
  • A polished, customer-centric sales approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and consultative style. 
  • A results-driven team player who takes ownership and accountability in their role. 
  • Well-developed organisational and time management abilities. 
  • Confidence with technology, sales systems, and digital platforms.
  • Availability for weekend and rostered shifts as required.
  • Full, clean driver's license. 

What Your Role Involves:

  • Guiding customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing journey with expertise and care.
  • Maintaining and growing a loyal client base through proactive relationship management.
  • Delivering expert knowledge on Toyota’s models and offerings.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication throughout the sales process.
  • Representing Albany Toyota’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
  • Participating in and upholding our Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
