Albany Toyota is seeking a confident and capable individual to join our high-performing and award-winning Used Vehicle Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who brings depth of industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a mature, solutions-focused approach to customer service. What We’re Looking For:
- A proven track record in vehicle sales, ideally within a franchise dealership (minimum 5+ years' experience required).
- A polished, customer-centric sales approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and consultative style.
- A results-driven team player who takes ownership and accountability in their role.
- Well-developed organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence with technology, sales systems, and digital platforms.
- Availability for weekend and rostered shifts as required.
- Full, clean driver's license.
What Your Role Involves:
- Guiding customers through every step of the vehicle purchasing journey with expertise and care.
- Maintaining and growing a loyal client base through proactive relationship management.
- Delivering expert knowledge on Toyota’s models and offerings.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication throughout the sales process.
- Representing Albany Toyota’s values and commitment to excellence in every interaction.
- Participating in and upholding our Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
