Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves making a real impact? This is your opportunity to join Toi Ohomai as a trusted partner to our Chief Executive and Executive Leadership Team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll provide proactive, high-level support that keeps our leadership team focused on delivering strategic outcomes. From managing complex schedules and governance processes to championing digital tools that streamline operations, your expertise will help enable the success of Toi Ohomai.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, high-quality executive support to the Chief Executive and Executive Team.

• Manage calendars, travel, emails, and financial processes with precision and discretion.

• Act as a trusted first point of contact, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documentation that inform decision-making.

• Coordinate governance activities, including Board and committee meetings, ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping.

• Drive adoption of digital tools and platforms to improve workflows and communication.

He kōrero mōu | About You

You’re an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record supporting senior leaders and governance bodies. You bring:

· A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or equivalent experience.

· Strong experience supporting executive teams in medium to large organisations.

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a passion for leveraging technology.

· Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· High discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

· A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, equity, and vocational education excellence.
