Responsible for providing efficient, high quality and proactive support to two members of our Executive Leadership Team (along with supporting the wider executive support team), this is a key position in the organisation, requiring strong relationships to be built with our Executive Leadership Team, other Executive Assistants, wider FMG colleagues and relevant external parties; along with dealing with high level, urgent and confidential issues and working effectively with the Teams as needed.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5-years’ experience supporting c-suite executives
- A can-do attitude, where nothing is a problem and the little details count
- The ability to be one step ahead of the game, work cross-functionally and pivot when priorities shift.
- A knack for making the lives of our ELT a seamless experience, and you’ll be able to communicate clearly and effectively with all different levels of the business.
