The Opportunity 

We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, to support our CEO, Leadership Team and Board.

You will be based in our Auckland office, on Princes Wharf, visiting our Marlborough based winery if and when required. In this role, no two days will be the same. You will be able to think on your feet and manage relationships across the business. 

We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is a true organizer. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, your role will include; 

  • Managing the CEO’s diary to enable efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Organising all travel and accommodation when required for the CEO & Leadership Team
  • Administrative support to the Leadership Team and Board
  • Prioritising workflow to preempt needs of the CEO in relation to information and resource
  • Drafting CEO communications and correspondence for review
  • Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions 
  • Managing office supplies within the Auckland office 
  • Coordinating meetings & events 
  • Managing the annual communications calendar 
  • Providing support for special projects and events across the business
  • Organising Board meetings and compiling Board papers 

To enable you to hit the ground running, previous experience in an Executive Assistant, or Senior Personal Assistant role is essential.

  • You will have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines
  • With strong initiative you will be self-motivated and work well under pressure
  • You must have the ability to work flexible hours and hold a current NZ Drivers Licence
