Our Equine Insurance Consultants are responsible for the growth and retention of clients, all of which will have an equine interest.

Proven lifestyle and Equine knowledge is a must as you will be tasked with helping to retain our lifestyle and Equine clients to support our vision of a better deal for Rural New Zealand.

The successful candidate will have

  • A demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client servicing and build strong business relationships by phone;
  • A proven affinity for all things equine;  including understanding current horse values
  • An excellent telephone manner, high-quality listening skills and the ability to problem solve.
  • The willingness to upskill around our lifestyle covers
  • A can do attitude and  willingness to work collaboratively as part of a close knit team

This is a full time role (37.5 hours per week), with set scheduled shifts across five days (Monday to Saturday) between 7.30am – 6.30pm.
