The Environmental Data Team is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic group of specialists in the rapidly changing field of hydrology and environmental monitoring. Our team is responsible for the collection, verification and quality assurance of continuous environmental observations and measurements.
This role provides the opportunity to work across the organisation, providing data and information services that underpin a range of key organisational activities, including the sustainable use of water resources, emergency management and river engineering. The role also has a focus on the development of digital information systems that can enhance our data collection, management, analysis, modelling and accessibility.
As an ISO9001 accredited team, we strive for continual improvement and contribute to the application of new research and monitoring techniques in both the field and office. Our Data Analysts ensure the integrity of information and data provided to both our internal and external stakeholders.
Our team prides itself on strong technical capabilities in a range of environmental monitoring techniques. We have a focus on professional development and will provide opportunities to learn and understand the applied science of hydrology and environmental monitoring.
