About the role 

As an Enterprise Business Analyst in our Enterprise Change team you’ll be eliciting and validating problem statements, scope, requirements, and change impacts. This will involve engaging with stakeholders to gather information about the current state, and/or requirements for process improvements, and supporting your colleagues to undertake and evaluate strategic and/or options analysis. Initially you will be working on a product and fee simplification piece of work, however you will be a resource available across the organisation so it is likely you will find yourself on a variety of projects – including for example, in the regulatory and compliance space.

This opportunity is for a 12-month fixed term.

You’ll bring the following experience to the table: 

  • Expertise in business analysis and process mapping activities.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and effectively get the job done.
  • Passionate about problem solving, simplifying the complex, and communicating clearly.
  • 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Business Analyst - preferably in a technology environment.
  • Working knowledge of banking practices or financial services may be an advantage.
  • Ability to think big and connect the dots, but break down work to small steps to move forward.
