We have an opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse or new graduate Registered Nurse at Resthaven Village. You will provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, person-centered environment. You will work closely with a dedicated team of experienced nurses, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our elderly residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates to transition from study to practice within the aged care sector. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop your clinical skills and nursing expertise.We provide support for our residents 24 hours a day 7 days a week - this role includes weekend work.

Resthaven is a beautiful and well-maintained rest home and hospital providing short and long term accommodation, dementia care, respite and caregiver support and compassionate palliative care for our residents.  We are privileged to have a devoted team of professionals who diligently strive to create an atmosphere where our residents and their whanau feel genuinely welcomed and at home.

• registration as an Enrolled Nurse or a recent graduate as a Registered Nurse with a current APC
• strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive commitment to fostering strong professional relationships with the entire team, residents, family members, and support services
• positive energy, enthusiastic attitude with a team focus
• inspiring and guiding others to seamlessly coordinate services within the care home, fostering an environment of efficiency and excellence
