Electrician Line Mechanic
McKay is expanding its Street Lighting and Infrastructure capability and we’re looking for qualified Electrician/Line Mechanics to join a growing and successful branch delivering large‑scale street lighting, commercial and industrial projects.

About the Role
You’ll be part of a skilled team working across:
- Street lighting and infrastructure projects
- Commercial and industrial electrical works
- Planned maintenance, upgrades and new installations
This role suits an electrician/line mechanic who is confident working both independently and as part of a team, and who enjoys working in dynamic site environments.
What You’ll Bring
- Current New Zealand EWRB Practising Licence
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical environments
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
