Eastland Toyota is on the lookout for a motivated and organised Service Advisor to join our Gisborne team. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll be at the centre of the action — connecting our customers with our workshop team and helping deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing:
- Being the main point of contact for service customers
- Coordinating bookings and daily workshop flow
- Acting as the vital link between the front counter and workshop
- Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
- Supporting invoicing and administrative tasks
- Delivering a professional, seamless customer experience
What we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-moving environment
- Good computer and administration skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous admin or customer service experience preferred
- Automotive experience is a bonus, but not essential — full training and support will be provided for the right person.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm.
