Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
Are you motivated to deliver modern workplace technology that keeps people connected, supported and enables them to perform at their best? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges while working closely with users and teams across an organisation? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
As an End User Compute (EUC) Analyst, you be the escalation point from helpdesk and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the digital workplace across Southern Cross Healthcare. You'll help ensure our end-user technology platforms, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networks operate at peak performance, delivering secure, reliable and scalable technology that supports the day-to-day operations of our hospitals and business teams. With a strong focus on modern workplace technologies, you will apply your technical expertise to support a diverse range of systems and services while partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our people have the tools they need to deliver exceptional healthcare.
You’ll manage the full lifecycle of user devices and digital services, from provisioning and configuration through to upgrades and ongoing support, all while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. With opportunities to work across projects, engage directly with end users, and influence improvements in how technology supports our healthcare teams, this role offers a chance to make a real impact.
This is a full-time position based in our National Support Office, with occasional on-site support and participation in an after-hours on-call roster.
