Skills & Experience

  • At least 7+ years of experience in Commercial build as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, cost control, and contract administration, in the Otago region is desirable. 
  • Experience in managing client relationships, including negotiating contracts, handling disputes, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
