About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, positive, and creative Kaiako to join our friendly team in a permanent part-time role (25–30 hours, Monday–Friday). You’ll be a role-model who supports tamariki to realise their potential in our warm, family-style environment.
At Raumati, your passion for child-led learning, partnership with whānau, and commitment to nurturing tuakana teina relationships will truly shine.
What We’re Looking For
- BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum and planning
- Confident knowledge of ECE regulations, compliance, and Te Whāriki
- Strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- Passion for creating an environment where quality learning thrives
