We're seeking a calm, respectful, and quick-thinking team player with strong communication, time management, flexibility, and adaptability to lead our Infants team.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours Monday-Friday
Role requirements:
We're looking for a natural leader who shares our values and vision who has a good understanding of programme planning and assessment as well as a drive and passion for growth. As well as:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Registration
- Previous leadership experience or the confidence to step into a leadership role.
- A strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
- Good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
