BestStart Weymouth is looking for an ambitious and driven Centre Manager to lead our vibrant, multicultural team in Manurewa. This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday).
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified ECE teacher with a BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current certification.
- Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, ECE regulations, and a commitment to compliance.
- A passion for child-led learning, innovative curriculum planning, and leadership development.
- A motivator and mentor who can unlock the full potential of a high-performing team.
- A growth-focused leader eager to accelerate success and drive improvement.
- A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive teaching practices.
