ECE Centre Manager (BestStart Te Atatu Rd)

With a strong reputation and a close-knit, supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for an experience Centre Manager to step into an established team.
You’ll need to be a strong, confident leader who thrives on building relationships, mentoring your team, and ensuring an exceptional learning environment for tamariki. As a high-impact leader, you’ll work closely with your Area Manager to drive success and growth while maintaining our centre’s strong whanau connections across two buildings.
About You:
- ECE or Primary Level 7 qualification with a current Teacher Certification
- Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki, child-led curriculum, and ECE regulations
- Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in teaching practice
- Effective communicator and relationship-builder
- Ambitious, keen, and ready to take on a leadership challenge

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
