Located in Flat Bush, BestStart Murphy’s Park is a purpose-built centre for 100 children, dedicated to providing high-quality education and fostering a sense of belonging. We’re seeking a dynamic leader with strong curriculum knowledge, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to build a positive and thriving team culture. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
What We’re Looking For:
- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and compliance regulations
- A deep commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in practice
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- A forward-thinker who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is keen to drive innovation
